I am passionate about helping people get the most out of their bodies. I focus on fun and functional movements that help my clients avoid injury and help them to attack life full on.
My background in sport is predominantly martial arts based. I developed an interest in strength and conditioning training initially to benefit my own performance.
Over the years however, I’ve used the knowledge I’ve gained to help my own students develop. Helping normal people achieve great things I feel is more of an achievement than any medal I’ve won.
